Fire resistant sliding gates DFM SG are fire partitions operated by rail slide system. DFM SG are produced in single or double leaf variant. Principal elements of the system are the sliding rail, panels, wall labyrinth, front stop profile (single leaf gates) or astragal joint profile (double leaf gates) and floor guide roll.

Fire resistance: EI₁ 60 / EI₂ 60 / EI₁ 90 / EI₂ 90

The leaf of gate is constructed of joined panels of thickness 95 mm. Each panel is made of two bent galvanized steel sheets of thickness of 0.75 mm, filled in with a core of single slab of mineral wool of thickness 92 mm and density 140 kg/m³. Panels are connected with each other by tongue-and-groove join vertically and by steel angled profile horizontally.

Each gate leaf is hung on slide rail, which is an angled profile made of 3 mm steel. On its sides the gate is insulated by wall labyrinth fixed to the last panel, and front stop profile fixed to wall outside clear opening. Closing of gate is effective by counterweight upon release off its holding magnet.
